i noticed some noise due to maintenance work on a nearby block.

the tiered pool system features several infinity pools and running water. there are many sun loungers and deck chairs available throughout the resort and by the pools. i saw a gym on site.

the hotel offered several restaurants, so it was unnecessary to leave the resort..

the check-in process took 45 minutes, and the host seemed rather rude. i had to download an app to check in, a process i found quite annoying. it was like valuable daytime i wanted to spend relaxing in the sun was wasted. some staff members were nice, but others raised their eyes at us and looked at us in a mean way.

The architecture was excellent. I especially enjoyed the variety of restaurants available. There was something for everyone. The staff were great, always ready to help and I felt well cared for. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

There WERE mosquitos. I encountered them quite often in our room despite efforts to spray it. The maintenance team created some noise during the first days of my stay. i did not expect drilling and hammering above our room especially not more than once.

the check in took almost 45 minutes. i received some faulty alcohol bills from bar at check out. it took over one hour to resolve the issue.
